JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for both the sides on the applications for suspension of sentence.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appellants have been punished with two years imprisonment with fine and the sentence has already been suspended by the trial court till 13.05.2021. Disposal of appeal may take considerable time. The present appeal for suspension of sentence deserves to be allowed.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the appeal.
