JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged her exclusion from the outstanding sports-person category.

(2.) The facts apropos are that the petitioner applied for the post of Nurse Grade-II, pursuant to advertisement dated 30.05.2018 and staked her claim against outstanding sports-person category.

(3.) In her application form, she claimed to be an outstanding sports-person on the ground of being a national winner, but when the list of finally selected candidates was declared on 24.01.2020, the petitioner did not find her name in it and thus, has approached this Court.
