NARESH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.37/2021 Registered at Police Station Jurhara, District Bharatpur for the offence(s) under Section 323, 341, 325, 307 read with Section 34 of IPC.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is behind the bars since 28.02.2021. Co-accused Suresh has already been released on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The case of the petitioner is similar to him. He further submits that none of the injuries sustained by injured is dangerous to life. Chargesheet has been filed against the petitioner and conclusion of trial may take time.

(3.) Learned counsel for the complainant also admit the factum of compromise.
