JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Court finds that notices on respondent-contemnors Nos.1 to 3 were received served as per office report dated 16.10.2020 and notice on respondent No.4 is only unserved.

(2.) This Court is constrained to observe that in spite of service of contempt notices on the offices of the State Government, nobody puts appearance nor they contact their lawyers for defending them in the Court.

(3.) This Court further finds that the orders passed by this Court are not implemented in spite of repeated reminders given by this Court to officers to comply with the order.
