JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in custody in relation to FIR No.56/2019, Police Station Rajgarh, District Churu for offences under Sections 302, 147, 148, 149 & 120-B of the IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record.

(3.) The allegations of the prosecution as against the petitioners herein are in no manner distinguishable from those levelled against the co-accused Mohan Lal, Chandra Prakash @ Chanan, Rohtash and Ratan Lal, whose bail applications have been accepted by this Court.
