JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Public Prosecutor submitted the status report dated 21.01.2021 furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station Simliya, District Kota Rural, which is taken on record.

(2.) As per the status report, confiscation proceeding qua the vehicle in question has not been initiated so far.

(3.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed against the order dated 08.12.2020 passed by the Special Judge N.D.P.S. Cases, Kota whereby, the application filed by the accused- petitioner under Section 451/457 of CrPC for releasing the motor- cycle, has been dismissed.
