JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defect, as pointed out by the office is overruled in view of the fact that scanned copy of certified copy of impugned order of trial Court has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The present bail application has been filed under'Section 439'Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.57/2021, Police Station Siriyari, District Pali, registered for the offences under'Sections 341,'394'of IPC.

(3.) Heard and considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through video conferencing and learned Public Prosecutor present-in-person. Perused the material available on record.
