JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Cr. Appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 14-A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

(2.) Facts of the case are that FIR No. 30/2021 was registered at Police Station, Dhod, District Sikar for the offence under Sections 363, 344 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, 1989. The appellant filed the bail application before the Court below, which came to be dismissed vide order dated 06.04.2021.

(3.) Hence, the present appeal.
