(1.) In pursuance of direction of this Court dated 10.02.2021, learned Public Prosecutor submitted the status report dated 20.02.2021 furnished by Station House Officer, Police Station Kotwali, District Dausa, which is taken on record.

(2.) As per the status report, the petitioner does not have any criminal record.

(3.) This criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the FIR No. 0608/2020 dated 28.12.2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali (Dausa), District Dausa for offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of I.P.C.
