JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.92/2020 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, Bundi for the offence(s) under Sections 377, 406 and 498A of IPC.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the investigation as per direction of this Court. Dowry articles were given by him. Nothing is to be recovered from him.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the anticipatory bail application.
