JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of the present writ petition the petitioner has challenged action of the respondents in ignoring the petitioner and giving appointment to respondent No.5 Rajan Chechani.

(2.) The facts appertain are that the petitioner vied for the post of Accounts Officer notified by recruitment notification No.01/2018-19 issued by respondent - AVVNL.

(3.) In the notification aforesaid, out of 8 posts, 2 posts were reserved for female candidates.
