JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.297/2017 was registered at Police Station Laxman Garh, District Alwar, for offence under Section 420 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is only the registered owner of the vehicle, which is used in the commission of the offence. It is contended that he was not present at the time of the incident.
