JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that his minor daughter is missing since 9/9/2021 and a missing person report in relation to the same has been filed by him at Police Station Pratapnagar, Jaipur City (East), however, the police is not making serious efforts to trace out his minor daughter.
