JUDGEMENT

(1.) The controversy involved in the present bunch of writ petitions relates to the legality and propriety of engaging petitioners through placement agencies.

(2.) Brief facts for the present purposes are that the State Government promulgated Mukhyamantri Nishulk Dawa Yojana and Mukhyamntri Nishulk Janch Yoajana schemes to provide free medical health services to the patients visiting health centres. For the purposes aforesaid, autonomous institutions were also established to procure and supply the medicines and other requirements of the hospitals including items related to the health care in the State.

(3.) The petitioners herein were duly selected and appointed on various posts under respective schemes: (1) Mukhyamantri Nishulk Janch Yojana and (2) Mukhyamantri Nishulk Dava Yojana.
