JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail applications have been filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.205/2021, Police Station Ambamata, District Udaipur, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 365, 364-A, 395, 386 and 327 of the Indian Penal Code. (FIR has been filed under Ss. 365, 395, 364-A and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.)
