JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 55/2018 registered at Police Station Shivdaspura, District Jaipur City (South) for offence under Sections 302 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(2)(V) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant is in custody since 4.2.2018. Appellant has been falsely involved in this case.

(3.) Learned State Counsel has opposed the appeal.
