JUDGEMENT

(1.) In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.

(3.) The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.127/2020 of Police Station Harsora, District Alwar, P.S. District Bhiwadi for the offences punishable under Ss. 143, 323, 341 IPC. He has preferred this bail application under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C.
