JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this miscellaneous anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.179/2018 was registered at Police Station Ghatoli(Jhalawar) for offence under Section 8/21 of NDPS Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the owner of the vehicle. As per the investigation done by the police, the contraband was recovered from the house and was not being carried on motorcycle. It is also contended that there is no role assigned to the petitioner in the investigation done by the police and his arrest will not serve any purpose.
