JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present batch of writ petitions, petitioners have challenged order dated 25.11.2019, whereby the Project Director (Respondent No.2) has cancelled the entire recruitment process initiated vide advertisement/notification dated 27.02.2019.

(2.) The facts appertain for the present purposes are that the respondent No.2 issued a notification dated 27.02.2019 for the purpose of filling up one post of Project Manager/MIS-1 and 50 posts of Cluster Level Manager on contractual basis and invited applications from eligible candidates.

(3.) The selection process involved three stages viz. written examination, group discussion and interview.
