JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present writ petition, petitioner has challenged rejection of his candidature by the Medical Board and Review medical Board citing that he has defective vision.

(2.) Precisely stated, the facts are that in pursuance of the recruitment notification dated 21.07.2018 issued by the Staff Selection Commission, the petitioner vied for the post of Constable (GD).

(3.) Having cleared the written examination the petitioner was subjected to medical examination.
