VINOD KUMAR Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The bail application has been filed under'Section 438'CrPC. in connection with FIR No.73/20-21 registered at Police Station Chidawa, District Jhunjhunu for the offences under Section 19/54 of the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 whereupon the investigation was commenced. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner moved the bail application before the court below, which were dismissed. Hence, the bail application has been filed.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the entire material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the registered owner of the vehicle which was being driven by his driver who was found to be carrying liquor without licence, the co- accused has already been enlarged on bail.
