JUDGEMENT

(1.) The office objection is overruled.

(2.) Learned counsel Shri Verma makes a statement at bar that the appeal (No.154/2019) preferred by the petitioners against their conviction under Section 138 of the N.I. Act by the trial court is still pending before the learned lower appellate court.

(3.) By order dated 01.08.2019 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.3303/2019, time granted to the petitioners for depositing 20% of the cheque amount was extended by a period of fifteen days.
