JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.86/2021, Police Station Kotwali, District Sirohi, registered for the offence punishable under Ss. 363 & 366A of the Indian Penal Code, Sec. 16/17 of POCSO Act and Sec. 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (Preventio of Atrocities) Act.
