JUDGEMENT

(1.) For the reasons stated in the application No.1/2020 seeking correction in the name of petitioner's father, the same is allowed.

(2.) The amended cause title appended with the application is also taken on record.

(3.) Both the learned counsels for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the present matter stands covered by the Judgment of this Court in case of Lalit Kishore Versus State of Rajasthan and Ors. and other connected matters decided on 23.10.2020 (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8908/2020), wherein this Court has held as under:-
