JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Election Petition has been preferred by the petitioner laying a challenge to the election of the respondent No.1 Heera Ram Meghwal from Bilara Legislative Assembly Constituency No.131 (SC) and the order passed by the respondent No.3 dated 20/11/2018.

(2.) The notices in the Election Petition were issued by this Court on 24/01/2019.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present Election Petition, the sole election- petitioner Jagdish Kumar @ J.K. Shrimali has passed away on 01/11/2020. The copy of the death certificate produced by learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
