JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 263/2020 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur for the offences under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018

(2.) Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is not the case of red handed recovery. The applicant is behind the bar for more than five months. He has been retired in between. Challan has been filed. He is not required any more for investigation. Conclusion of trial will take considerable time. The bail application should be allowed.
