JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide this order, application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay in filing the present appeal, would be disposed of.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and have gone through the record available on the file carefully.

(3.) Applicant had filed the appeal challenging the impugned order dated 21.12.2010 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chomu, Jaipur, whereby the claim petition was allowed against the appellant-Non-claimant.
