JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is similar to Gulla Ram Mali v. State of Rajasthan : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 12737/2021, decided on 15.09.2021 at Jodhpur.

(2.) It is submitted that in the case of Gulla Ram Mali (supra), the Court has disposed of the writ petition by giving directions and, therefore, same order may be passed in the present case.

(3.) In the case of Gulla Ram Mali (supra), a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court observed and directed as under:
