JUDGEMENT

(1.) In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.

(2.) The petitioners have preferred this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.295/2020 registered at Police Station Jaisalmer for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and respondent No.2 are tenants and landlord respectively and the dispute indicates subletting and other allegations.
