JUDGEMENT

(1.) In that view of the matter, the interim application No.1/2021 is dismissed, as prayed for.

(2.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 89/2020 Registered at Police Station Mandhan, Police Station District Bhiwadi District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this matter. Counsel further submits that number of FIR of similar nature have been lodged by different persons against the accused-petitioner. Counsel further submits that in one of such FIR the Co-ordinate Bench of this court considering the arguments of counsel for the petitioner as well as of complainant granted bail to the petitioner in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11228/2020, vide order dated 27.11.2020. The order dated 27.11.2020 reads as under:-
