JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.388/2020 was registered at Police Station Bansur, Alwar for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 I.P.C. and Sections 3 & 25 of Arms Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the allegation of firing is on co-accused. Other co-accused have been enlarged on bail.
