JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.637/2009 was registered at Police Station Badi, Dholpur for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307 I.P.C. and Section 11 of R.D.A. Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is aged sixty five years. He is in custody since two years. Co-accused has been enlarged on bail. Matter is of the year 2009.
