JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.476/2020 was registered at Police Station, Kotputli, District Jaipur for offence under Sections 354 I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by the counsel for the petitioners that prior to lodging of the present F.I.R., a complaint was filed to the police that complainant-party intended to level false allegations against the petitioners. Parties were bound down under Section 107 & 116(3) of Cr.P.C.
