(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.197/2019 was registered at Police Station Basedi Dholpur for offence under Sections 143, 323, 341, 307, 504, 336 I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is aged sixty five years. Co-accused has been enlarged on bail.
