JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellant has preferred this appeal aggrieved by order dated 08.02.2021 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, No.2, Jaipur Metro-II, Jaipur, whereby bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the appellant was rejected.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 615/2020 was registered at Police Station Harmada Jaipur for offence under Sections 427 and 447 of I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the appellant that the dispute, if any, is a revenue dispute, pertaining to possession of the land.
