JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present misc petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the S.H.O. Ratanada to register FIR against the accused.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had filed a complaint before the S.H.O. Police Station, Ratanada, however, till date FIR has not been registered against the accused.

(3.) Mr. Farzand Ali, AAG appeared alongwith S.H.O, Police Station Ratanada and submits that FIR has already been registered against the accused being FIR No. 237/2021 for offence under'Section 354'IPC.
