JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present second bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.478/2014 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Headquarter Jaipur at ACB Choki Bundi for the offence under Section(s) 420, 120B of IPC & under Section(s) 13(1)(d) & 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

(2.) After rejection of first bail applications, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners; hence, the second bail applications.

(3.) Learned counsels for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. They submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 27.11.2020, charge sheet has been filed, trial of the case will take time, they have no criminal antecedents and prayed for their release on bail.
