JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioners have sought a direction to the respondents to postpone the examinations scheduled on 18.2.2021.

(2.) Ms. Bhati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners invited Court's attention towards various notifications and press releases issued by the respondent-Commission and highlighted that examination for the post of Assistant Forest Conservator and Ranger Grade-I in furtherance of advertisement dated 4.4.2018 have been postponed on many occasions.

(3.) Learned counsel submitted that the respondent-Commission itself has postponed examinations at least on 7-8 occasions.
