JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the respondents to remove the encroachment from land comprising Khasra Nos.62, 112, 117, 118, 120, 123, 124, 125, 127 of Village Nagaraja, Gram Panchayat Chelak, Tehsil Fatehgarh, District Jaisalmer, which is alleged to be recorded in the revenue record as Barren/Banjar land. The petitioner has also sought a direction to the respondents to not to permit any unauthorized and illegal construction on aforesaid land.
