(1.) At the request of learned counsel for the parties, the appeal has been finally heard.

(2.) This appeal is directed against judgment and decree dated 06.11.2019 passed by Additional District Judge No.2, Barmer, whereby, the suit filed by the appellant for injunction has been rejected.

(3.) The suit was filed by the appellant seeking permanent injunction in relation to a bada.
