JUDGEMENT

(1.) In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.

(2.) The petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.24/2021 registered at Police Station Kotwali Pali, District Pali for the offences punishable under Sections 192, 217, 218, 219, 420, 408, 409, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in question is of civil consequence and a belated report.
