JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection withFIR No.69/2021 registered at Police Station Pradhan ArakshiKendra ACB, Jaipur Chowki Karauli for the offence(s) underSection(s) 7 and 7A of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act,2018 and Section 120-B IPC

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that thepetitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits thatthe petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2021, investigation asagainst him is complete, he has no criminal antecedents and praysfor his release on bail.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application
