JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed in connection with FIR No.58/2021 registered at Police Station Sangad, District Jaisalmer for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 447/34 IPC and Sections3(1)(r)(s),3(2)(va) of SC/ST(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that co-accused Yogendra and others have been enlarged on bail by this Court and the case of the petitioner can not be distinguished from that of other two co-accused.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor opposed this appeal.
