JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present criminal appeal under Sec. 14-A of the Scheduled Castes & the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed in connection with FIR No.343/2020 registered at Police Station Malpura Gate, District Jaipur City (East) for the offence under Sec. 376-D IPC and Sec. (s) 3(1)(w)(i) & 3(1) (w)(ii) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short "the Act of 1989') and later on for the offence under Sec. 376-D IPC and under Sec. (s) 3(1)(w)(i)(ii) & 3(2)(V) of the Act of 1989.
