(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

(2.) The petitioner(s) has/have been arrested in FIR No.175/2020 of Police Station Chopasni Housing Board, Jodhpur for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 147, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307 IPC and Sections 4/25, 5/27 of the Arms Act. He/she/they has/have preferred this/these bail application(s) under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Vishnu, Rahul, Arvind, Sanjay and Uttam Singh have already been enlarged on bail.
