JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel Mr. Azad Ahmad has appeared as caveator on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 to 5.

(2.) Learned Senior counsel Mr. Rajendra Prasad submitted that the impugned order dated 15th January, 2021 has been passed by cancelling the allotment of land, which was made way back in the year 1958.

(3.) Learned counsel submitted that the respondent-Nagar Nigam has also taken law in their hand by forcefully taking possession of running Institution-school where about 300 students were studying in different classes upto Senior Secondary Class.
