JUDGEMENT

(1.) The decision rendered in this writ petition shall also govern the disposal of other connected writ petitions being DBCWP Nos. 809/2011, 810/2011 and 813/2011 because all these writ petitions involve identical points and were also disposed of by common order by the Central Administrative Tribunal (for short hereinafter called The Tribunal).

(2.) This is a writ petition filed by the applicant of Original Application being O.A. No 32/2006 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dt. 27.07.2006 passed by the Tribunal in aforementioned Original Application.

(3.) By impugned order, the Tribunal dismissed the original application of the writ petitioner and declined to grant him the relief claimed by each writ petitioner.
