JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN pursuant to the order dated 19.11.2010 the Petitioner is required to be released on parole for seven days on usual terms and conditions, as required to be imposed by the concerned jail authorities.

(2.) AN application is preferred by the Petitioner that his old parents are not in position to furnish sureties of Rs. 1 lac each. A request, therefore, is made to release the Petitioner for a term of seven days on submission of personal bonds.

(3.) WITH the directions above, the petition for writ is disposed of.
