JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners, learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2-Complainant and learned Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

(2.) By this criminal misc. petition, the accused-Petitioners Hari Shankar and others have challenged the order dated 9.1.2007 passed by learned trial Court in Complaint Case No. 103/2006 Dharam Chand v. Hari Shankar and Ors.) taking cognizance against the accused persons under Section 467, 468 and 120-B IPC.

(3.) While admitting the present criminal misc. petition, the coordinate Bench of this Court had stayed the further proceedings in pursuance to the impugned order dated 9.1.2007 in the aforesaid complaint case.
