JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) The appellant has preferred this special appeal against order dated 08.08.2011 passed by learned Single Bench, whereby the writ petition of the petitioner-appellant, against order dated 08.04.2011 passed by Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur(hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal'), has been dismissed.

(3.) Respondent NO. 2, Mahesh Chand Gupta filed a reference before the Tribunal wherein the appellant filed an application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. to implead her as party. The said application was dismissed by the Tribunal vide order dated 08.04.2011, which was challenged by the petitioner in writ petition, which has been dismissed by order impugned in this special appeal.
